Mr. Jenkins has been developing communities in Northwest Florida since 1979. “It has always been my goal to create neighborhoods that I would want to live in, to raise my own family in. Keeping that in mind, I design our floorplans to be open, to create easy patterns of traffic throughout our homes.”
Through careful thought and consideration Mr. Jenkins has designed, and constructed starter homes that get the same amount of attention as his luxury developments. “We have homes in a wide range of affordability, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with you and discuss your dream of homeownership.”

Chris Taylor has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Chris joined Centurion III, Inc. in 1994 as an assistant superintendant, and is now the president of the construction division of the Centurion Companies. Through his leadership, experience, and dedication, he insures quality, safety, and the best workmanship is always implemented into every detail of your home.
